Nothing pleases me more than to make jewelry from rare and beautiful gems and minerals. Some of these would include:  Canadian Ammolite,  Rainbow  and Fire Obsidian, Russian Charoite, Australian Opals, Canadian Labradorite and Canadian Amythst. Many of these have a chatoyance, cat's eye effect or a play of reflecting colours. I find them exceptionally beautiful for that reason.
